Almost after half a week of no blogging and i feel i just stepped into another world... still new to the air and earth. this week was kinda boring ( as usual ). my battery's corporals had to attend this SPH ( self propelled howitzer ) commissioning ceremony...it's a new gun by DSTA, shoot and scoot kinda weapon... but before i disgress further... let me tell u wud we supposed to do... our main job concerns security.. some of us have to check entering vehicles.. while some of us are stationed outfield to prevent foreign workers from entering the ground. most unfortunately, im one of them stationed outfield. to put it more bluntly, it's just not fair compared to the others who would be at the camp gates checking vehicles, while we hide in the bushs offering out dear blood to mosquitoes. to add salt to the wound, if it rains during the ceremony, we had to stay in the rain.. while in a poncho. sheesh....
had our first battalion ex on wed since our overseas ex in thailand... was a short one... shagged out but booked out on friday...... yippee!!!
i wouldnt divulge further wud i did on sat only to say it's on impt business... but to all my blog readers... i would tell u.. sooner or later.

it was only the nagging of my mother that i realised that i've slept till 1 something in the afternoon yesterday. and it's the first time i slept at home since ... the feeling was great... dun have to wake up to eat SAF food...
went boom boom room on sat with jeremy and his cousin with his gf... it was an enjoyable night i felt... couldnt stop laughing when their shows were on..... esp kumar... his segment is the funniest....! someday my frens should go there... instead of thinking of those dance clubs...they went illusion that night.... hope they had fun too....
did nothing throughout sunday... needed a rest at home after so long.... was on the net practically the whole day.... boring day but beats hanging out for now.... took off on monday then told jeremy about it. he wanted to take but hai he couldnt cuz today is for pple who did guard on sat and did standby ( like me ) ... tot we might go out last night if he took off... guess he's sleeping now in his bunk.
wud can i do todae then? zhi zhong's on off too i think....mebbe go out later? or should i save money and get the gd88 i craving now...

My head jerked up like lightning as the puny mosquito buzzed irritating near my ear.... the night was suffering from an invasion of the bloodsuckers... i glanced at the clock....0505 am.... a few more hours more... i said to myself... then covering my whole body with the blanket while gritting my teeth, secretly praying hard that the mosquitos would go bite my other battery mates instead.
this night has been unwarranted for... cuz i was supposed to book out last night... before 2300! but as fate would have it... there was a cock up and made me unable to book out. haiz i was devastated... but my sergeant major said he would do something about it.. and told me to keep my hp on standby.... me and fu yuan began to meet alice in slumberland until seng yong rushed up and told me i can book out. time... 2350.... wtf rite...no buses.. mrts.. how to get back... so i juz went back to sleep until the next morning... and signed the god damned elusive book in/out book....proceeded to mac's to get breakfast then went home
Still munching on the has browns..... gobble... ;)
glad it's the weekends.... to all... enjoy it!

I startled out of bed as my handphone started vibrating dangerously close to my head... with that constant beeping
0630 h. time to go for breakfast i guess..... and after the breakfast i proceeded back to bunk to have another rocking time with Zhou Gong...woke up at 10 something... my fren was doing COS for another battery ( mine's Alpha.. his is Bravo ) .. stayed in his office for a whole before heading to canteen to have an early lunch.... then accompanied him in office till it's almost time for dinner..... boring day aint it... but have to thank my fren for keeping me company too.. thanks bud.....
that's all for thursday... for todae.. all im looking forward to is signing that god damned book in / out book.

i slowly shuffled my head back and sideways, toes wiggling out of certain crampness as i tried to avoid the evening sun , shining dead straight into my eyes....my eyes focused slowly into perception, mind still groggy from a dream i cant remember. i reached for my alarm clock. gosh... it's almost six pm.. time for dinner.... but mum doesnt cook that early... but SFI do.
yes im in camp .. again... nuff said.

As i stepped into my home for the first time since last monday i felt the air still and monotonous... i sensed no one's around.. great... no one to welcome my big arrival after one helluva week in camp... yea standby sucks and this week had been quite a 'trauma' ... and drama....
IF U HAVE A FRIENDSTER ACCOUNT AND AFTER U STOP USING IT, LOG OFF IMMEDIATELY.
breach of security? invasion of privacy? u name it. as i mentioned, there's this e learning centre where there's comps with internet connections... i was surfing net... using my friendster account.. as usual.. with some of my frens behind me.. before long i was lured by the sound of the TV on the other side of the room, and promptly proceeded to watch ( holland V ). everything went normal... until from the comp i was using came unanimous roars of laughter . taking no heed of it, i concentrated on holland v but suddenly something struck me!! wtf!! isnt that comp i was using? and did i log off juz now?? to my utter gaste and horror i could only grimace in anger and hate for my friends in camp... friends i trusted and believed wouldnt play a prank that went too far. on the screen lay 4 sent msgs, all to different pple... and upon closer look i almost had the fright of my life when i saw the pics of those pple.... ! all the msgs were the same. it read : hey im chinyen... can i get to know u better..... u are my angel....
nuff said.. after a few days outfield and came back to check.... all wanted to know me. hmm somebody juz tell them it's a prank!!
The Game of Big 2
for those who know and enjoy playing this card game , pls understand this fact that even if u have all four 2s, there is a small chance u might even lose. yea man... listen correctly... u might LOSE. and LOSE i did. after looking at my cards i gave a truimphment comment : the heavens are smiling on me... luck has turned on my side ! i had four 2s, one straight and a flush. any newbie would know that its a winning combi. another rule of this game... the one with the diamond 3 will start first.. cuz it's the smallest card. the game started.. Jian xiang ( on my left ) started off with a straight flush. diamonds of 3 4 5 6 7. Ok.. i thought.. no big deal.. im going to win anyway. zhizhong turn ( facing me ). taking five cards from his hand he had ( to my surprise ) a straight flush too, this time clubs 4 5 6 7 8.. wtf i tot my luck was there.. looks like theirs isnt that bad too. seng yong ( to my right ) turn. 5 cards down and it's ( u guessed it ) another straight flush bigger then zhizhong's.. now it's my turn to place cards?since i dun have a straight flush, i had to pass. in my mind i was thinking ( sure can win!! juz tahan!! ) so it's jianxiang's turn....... to my utter bewilderment he had, i his hand... a royal flush A K Q J 10. then he won the game by putting off 3 of a kind. Shock went thru my mind. not onl did i lose... i had 13 cards in my hand so that makes me the only person that didnt place a card down. i was even embarassed to let pple see my cards!! jianxiang pulled out my cards and laughed !! hahaha four 2s still lose... and 13 cards left somemore....
everyone laughed at me.... wtf!! it's not my fault!! it was after countless making fun of did they tell me the ultimate secret... they had rigged the cards... all they wanted was to see my emotions swaying from truimph to one of embarassment.... good job guys... u got me there..
amongst these happenings i even recieved msgs from someone i dun know... said wanted to get to know me.... got my hp no from a good fren i know... anyway f@RK it, im juz thinking it's a bloody prank from soneone i know.... juz better not find out who u are......
lengthy blog?? gosh i got so much to say.....haha blog for the patient and those of boredom. wud to do... i juz booked out !!! haha!!

it was after last night that i realized how broke i am..... yea... me and my frens had arranged a night out at paulaner's.. it's a german pub which brews their own beer! nice beer and that... true quality that never fails to deliver... sat there for a while.. then after the rest joined in we began a session of trash talking.... discussing issues amongst ourselves.... everything went fine until we got abit high on beer... i had some in my mug left until my fren said if we finished off our beer in one shot he would treat us to some more beer!! finish it we did.... and i got abit high... freaking hell getting high on beer.. but their beer is some good shit...
took some pics with fulin's digicam.... taking our fun moments into pictures.... hmm im starting to find that the digicam is getting much much more trendy....
ordered their wedges and man was it some good stuff... their curry sauce is legendary!!! after the soccer match between leeds and arsenal which ended up leeds getting thrashed 4-1, winson recieved a meal voucher for guessing the correct score.... and its the same guy that treated us to beer... way to go brother!!
and lastly we travelled to newton circus to have supper.... man this is the third time that i've been to newton for supper this week..... and i treated all to sting ray... every1 treeated every1 exp for me.. so i was getting abit guilty.... ha... the sting ray was good stuff aint it?
haiz gonna book in tomolo morning at 0730 .. but should i book in tonight instead....
